Weekend Trip to Madison!

Mommy and me (and Marley) went to Madison this weekend while Daddy was celebrating in Los Angeles at Uncle Gene's bachelor party. I got to see all my grandmas and grandpas and my Uncle Kyle and Aunt Jennifer, and my soon-to-be Aunt Amy... LOTS of people! Here are some photos from my trip!

I'm a messy little man

I tried to convince Mommy that I could feed myself today. I think I did pretty good.







Mommy and Daddy think I could use a little less food in my hair, but I think it looks cool.

Update!

Mommy dyed some of my diapers yesterday. Here I am modeling one of my favorites:





After dying my diapers, Mommy gave me my first shiner! It was an accident, but Mommy felt so bad she actually cried longer than I did. It's hard to see, but it's there... See?



I also spent some time snuggling with Daddy on the floor. He tried to tell Mommy he was just trying to keep me from rolling over, but I know better. He totally loves me.



Then, Mommy wanted to see if I could feed myself yet. The answer is "not really."

First Trip to the Zoo!

This is a weekend of firsts! Mommy and Daddy took me to the zoo today. I saw all sorts of new and interesting animals, but I paid most of my attention to other people.

I wore a special bib and hat for my trip and Mommy and Daddy let me eat my own banana!

We also saw some red pandas. They were neat! Mommy really liked them.



And of course, we had to go see the wolves. Daddy loves wolves!



All these new creatures tired me out though. I fell asleep on the way home and took the rest of my nap in my seat.

My First Trip to the Park

It was really nice out today, so I convinced Mommy and Daddy to take me to the park so I could try out this "outdoor swing" I keep hearing so much about.

I was a little skeptical at first.



And I had to check things out a bit.



But then I realized, hey, this IS fun!
